What You'll Do
Own the branch's success through strong leadership and operational execution:
Operations & Quality
- Oversee daily branch operations and service delivery
- Ensure efficiency, safety, and consistency across all service lines
- Conduct site visits and inspections to uphold high-quality standards
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and mentor field and office teams
- Manage hiring, staffing, performance reviews, and development plans
- Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Client & Vendor Management
- Serve as a trusted partner for key clients
- Resolve service issues and identify opportunities to add value
- Manage vendor relationships for quality and cost-effectiveness
Financial Management
- Own branch-level budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance
- Monitor job costing, labor efficiency, and revenue targets
- Oversee billing accuracy and financial reporting
Strategic Planning
- Align branch goals with company strategy
- Translate objectives into clear action plans
- Track KPIs and drive continuous process improvements
Safety & Compliance
- Promote a strong safety-first culture
- Enforce policies, address incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance
You're a Great Fit If You Have
- 5–10+ years of landscape industry experience
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in service or operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Horticulture or related field a plus)
- Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and operational systems
- Proven ability to inspire teams, build relationships, and manage change
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
- Experience with snow operations (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational platforms (ERP/CRM/scheduling tools)
