Maxalea Landscaping is hiring an experienced Landscape Installation Crew Leader to lead a crew on residential and commercial landscape installation projects throughout the Baltimore area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has hands-on landscape installation experience, enjoys working outdoors, and is ready to take ownership of daily job site production, quality, and crew leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead a landscape installation crew on daily job sites

• Install plant material, mulch, soil, sod, drainage, edging, and other landscape features

• Read work orders, site plans, and daily instructions

• Operate landscape tools and equipment safely

• Keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining quality standards

• Train, guide, and motivate crew members

• Communicate job progress, material needs, and site concerns to management

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

• Ensure work is completed on time and according to company standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous landscape installation experience required

• Prior crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to lead a small crew in the field

• Knowledge of planting, mulching, grading, sod, and general landscape installation

• Ability to operate common landscape tools and equipment

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the day
