Sexton Lawn & Landscape is hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team in Daphne, AL.

No landscaping experience? That's okay. We are willing to train the right person. This role is a great fit for someone who has worked in a similar hands-on, outdoor environment such as construction, roofing, power washing, general labor, moving, agriculture, or other physically demanding work.

This is an active, physical work performed outdoors in the Alabama heat and changing weather conditions. We are looking for dependable team members who are comfortable working hard, taking direction, and being part of a crew.

What You'll Do

• Mow, edge, trim, weed, blow, plant, and help maintain outdoor spaces

• Use landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools

• Assist with general landscape maintenance tasks throughout the day

• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional

• Follow instructions from your Crew Leader and work closely with your team

• Follow safety procedures and report equipment or job site concerns

What We're Looking For

• Experience in outdoor or physical work such as construction, roofing, power washing, moving, warehouse, agriculture, or general labor

• Comfortable working outdoors in Alabama heat, humidity, rain, and changing weather

• Able to handle physical, labor-intensive work throughout the day

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Team player who can take direction and work well with others

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work full-time

Work Conditions

This position requires working outside in a physically demanding environment. Team members should be prepared for Alabama heat, humidity, rain, and long periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and using landscaping tools and equipment.
